The Radnor Hotel, home to a classic American restaurant and a cabaret, is one of several businesses in neighboring Radnor that give their address as St. Davids.
Sr. Davids' business district is all business: offices and a bank branch define it.
But thanks to the blurring of lines in this part of Radnor Township, many of the restaurants and shops in neighboring Radnor give their address as St. Davids.
Part of that is due to the presence of the St. Davids Square shopping center, refashioned from a former B. Altman & Co. department store. This center boasts a Giant supermarket and several big-box retailers, including HomeGoods, Bed Bath & Beyond, T.J. Maxx and the only Micro Center location in the Philadelphia area.
Across from St. Davids Square is the Radnor Corporate Center. This office park contains several fine restaurants, including the Glenmorgan Bar and Grill, an upscale restaurant featuring classic cocktails and American cuisine in a smoke-free environment. Glenmorgan is located in The Radnor Hotel, a popular site for weddings and corporate functions and the new home of Larry McKenna's New Voices Cabaret, a showcase for rising talent that had been at the Society Hill Playhouse.
The center also contains the Radnor outpost of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, which features top-flight steaks and a bar that offers 100 wines by the glass. Estia Greek Taverna, the Main Line sibling of the high-end Center City Greek restaurant, and Pietro's Pizzeria | Birreria, the brick-oven, beer- and wine-serving sibling of Philly's Pietro's Coal Oven Pizzeria, round out the menu of fine dining choices in this office park.
