Rich Lauletta is a passionate entrepreneur with affection for the real estate world. Rich got his start in the real estate industry when he became a Financial Specialist at Wachovia Bank, where he maintained a large client base and offered commercial and residential mortgages and lines of credit, as well as business banking, investments and estate planning. After three years at Wachovia Bank, Rich started the Philly Apartment Company, which he eventually sold in 2017 to Noah Ostroff of PhillyLiving.
Today, Rich is an active real estate investor and developer who contributes to the PhillyLiving team. He owns several apartment buildings throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey. Rich is also involved in other local startups and is always willing to help a fellow entrepreneur any way he can.
Rich holds a degree in Marketing from Rider University. Aside from his business passions, Rich loves wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, traveling, and is a big foodie.
