We’ve got a huge weekend ahead of us if you’re Philly sports fans...or even if you’re a bandwagon fan. On Saturday we have the triple punch coming to Philly with the Flyers, the 76ers & UPenn is hosting Harvard to celebrate their homecoming game. On Sunday afternoon, it’s the big game we’ve been waiting for...Eagles vs. Dallas (who lost to the Titans on Monday night, giving us an advantage going into the weekend). It’s going to be a busy weekend so be sure to get everything done around the house early Saturday!
Sunday we celebrate our Veterans however all weekend long at the Museum of the American Revolution, veterans, active & retired military as well as Blue Star families are welcome to visit the museum free of charge! Going on all week, the National Constitution Center is welcoming guests to write thank-you notes to veterans; this ends tomorrow, head over there after work or tomorrow morning to write your letter to some of the country’s most important and giving men & women.

Kicking off today, this winter escape will be open to guests through February but don’t wait, it’s the perfect way to welcome the season. Ice skate with friends and then warm up in the cabin; Tuesday’s they host quizzo & Wednesday they follow in CCD Sips footsteps with a happy hour in the evenings.

Register today to partake in Love Your Park Fall Service Day tomorrow. Volunteers will be collecting the leaves, picking up litter & getting the park ready for a long winter!Diwali, the Hindu festival of light, hits Reading Terminal Market on Saturday. During the celebration guests can expect to see traditional dance, food and art of India including a cooking demonstration, dance performances and Mehndi.
